Ingredients:
- 2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- Vegetable broth (3 cups)
- Cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder
- Lime juice and coriander for garnish
- Olive oil
Instructions:
- Sauté onions, garlic, and bell peppers until soft.
- Add black beans, tomatoes, broth, and spices.

- Blend part of the soup for a creamy texture, then stir back into the pot.
- Garnish with lime juice and coriander.
